As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior Manager – Corporate HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will work closely with the Founders and CHRO to build a high performing organization and drive strategic HR initiatives across the business.

About the Role:
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for partnering with business leaders while driving end-to-end HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, Payroll, HR Policies, Compliance, Vendor Management, and HR Technology. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable HR processes, enabling business growth, and creating an exceptional employee experience.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with the Founders, CHRO, and Business Leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.




- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner by supporting organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and change management.
- Lead end-to-end HR Operations, ensuring seamless management of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
- Own and manage Payroll Operations, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, statutory deductions, reimbursements, full & final settlements, and payroll compliance.
- Develop, review, implement, and continuously enhance HR Policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and governance frameworks aligned with business needs and statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, audits, and HR governance standards.
