Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Sales Professional role based in Bhubaneswar. The Pre-Sales Professional will engage prospective customers through site visits, presentations, and consultations, understanding their requirements and clearly explaining project features, pricing, and value propositions. The role involves qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and following up consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline.



The Pre-Sales Professional will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams, support events and promotional activities, and provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences. The position also requires preparing basic proposals and documentation, ensuring a smooth handover to the sales and customer relationship teams.

Qualifications
- Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand needs and communicate solutions clearly.
- Solid presentation and communication abilities, including confident in-person interactions and professional phone and email etiquette.
- Basic sales and pre-sales competencies, such as lead qualification, follow-up management, and pipeline tracking.
- Comfort with using digital tools (CRM systems, spreadsheets, messaging platforms) for maintaining records and reporting.
