About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Garment Merchandiser with strong exposure to the export apparel industry.

The ideal candidate should have end-to-end merchandising experience, excellent buyer communication skills, and the ability to manage orders from development through final shipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle merchandising activities for export garment orders.
- Manage buyer communication and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with buying offices, factories, and production teams.
- Follow up on sampling, approvals, production timelines, and shipment schedules.
- Ensure timely execution of orders while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with sourcing, production, QA, and logistics teams.
- Monitor order status and resolve any production or delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate merchandising documentation and reports.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with reputed garment export houses.
- Strong understanding of woven and/or knitted garments.
- Knowledge of buyer compliance and quality standards.
- Experience managing the complete order lifecycle.





Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3–8+ years of experience in garment merchandising.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and merchandising documentation.
