About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help expand the reach of our Clinic Management mobile application among doctors, independent clinics and healthcare professionals across the Tricity region.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential doctors and clinics, contacting decision-makers, presenting the product, scheduling demonstrations, following up with prospects and converting interested clinics into active users.

This role is suitable for someone who is confident in communication, interested in healthcare technology and capable of building long-term relationships with doctors and clinic owners.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify doctors, clinics, healthcare centres and medical professionals across Mohali, Chandigarh and Panchkula.
- Generate qualified leads through Google Maps, LinkedIn, online directories,



referrals, email and phone outreach.
- Contact doctors, clinic owners and reception teams through calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.
- Introduce the Clinic Management app and explain its value clearly.
- Schedule and conduct online or in-person product demonstrations.
- Explain features such as appointment booking, token queue management, patient records and queue notifications.
- Understand the clinic’s current appointment-management process and identify suitable use cases.
- Follow up consistently with interested doctors and clinic owners.
- Help coordinate account setup, clinic onboarding and receptionist training.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and conversion records.
- Work closely with the product and development team to share customer feedback.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for demonstrations, active clinic onboarding and paid conversions.
