Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Freight Broker role based in Noida. The Freight Broker will source and secure freight from shippers, negotiate rates with carriers, and coordinate daily dispatching to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of shipments. The role involves managing customer accounts, responding to inquiries,



and providing proactive updates to maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and carriers. The Freight Broker will monitor shipment status, resolve service issues, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize routes and capacity utilization. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to compliance requirements, and using logistics software and communication tools to support efficient operations.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess core Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills, including rate negotiation, carrier sourcing, and load matching.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, manage expectations, and provide clear, timely communication.
