Role Overview

This is not a traditional sales role.

You will work directly with the founders to build the sales engine for one of India's fastest-growing export technology platforms.

Your role will span the complete customer journey-from identifying prospects and generating leads to understanding customer workflows, demonstrating the platform and helping customers successfully adopt it.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting

1. Identify and research potential exporters and enterprise customers.
2. Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, outbound calling and referrals.
3. Build target account lists and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
4. Follow up on leads generated through webinars, events, marketing campaigns and partners.
- Customer Discovery

1. Understand customers' current documentation and compliance processes.
2. Identify workflow gaps and business challenges.
3. Qualify opportunities based on business fit and urgency.
4. Build relationships with Finance Heads, Export Managers, CFOs and business owners.
- Product Demonstration

1. Conduct online product demonstrations.
2. Explain how the platform fits into the customer's existing workflow.
3. Address customer questions and objections.
4. Coordinate with product and customer success teams where requir
