Channel Partner Manager
to drive our sales growth through strategic broker and agent networks.
This is a
pure sales and network acquisition role
. You will focus entirely on building relationships with real estate channel partners, driving B2B sales, and hitting revenue targets in the Bengaluru market.
Key Responsibilities
- Network Expansion:
Identify, onboard, and activate new real estate channel partners and brokers across Bengaluru.
- Sales Driving:
Collaborate with channel partners to pitch premium developer projects and drive sales closures.
- Relationship Management:
Maintain deep, productive relationships with existing partners to ensure consistent lead flow.
- Product Training:
Educate partners on new project launches, inventory updates, pricing structures, and commission schemes.
- Event Coordination:
Organize and execute channel partner meets, project site visits, and promotional events.
- Pipeline Tracking:
Monitor partner performance, update the CRM meticulously, and forecast monthly sales volumes.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of proven sales experience specifically in
Real Estate Channel Sales / Partner Management
.
- Market Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market and existing relationships with local broker networks.
- Closing Skills:
Strong B2B negotiation, presentation, and sales closing abilities.
- Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Traits:
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced sales setting.
