KRA1 Manpower Availability &

Source Mix
- Works closely with ABC business units HR team to ensure 100% adherence to Manpower Budget vs Actual.
- Optimize Hiring Source Mix as per the agreed grid

KRA2 Quality Of Hire
- To adhere to the Infant Attrition grid along with agreed Diversity Hires as a % of overall HC budget.

KRA3 Offer TAT (Hygiene)
- To adhere to TAT for sourcing till offer release with onboarding.

KRA4 HR Compliance (Process Adherence) o Ensures effective documentation at the zone of all key personnel documentation such as joining formalities in a timely and accurate manner with the help of the HR Business partners in the business units.
- Adherence to TAT and FTR for all key recruitment processes
