Role Overview

As a Medical Admissions Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents interested in pursuing MBBS and other medical programs abroad. You will guide prospective students, qualify leads, schedule counselling sessions, and support the admissions team in converting inquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and parents through phone calls.
- Explain MBBS abroad programs, admission processes, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with senior counsellors.




- Follow up consistently with interested students and maintain strong relationships.
- Update lead status and communication records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily calling targets and contribute to admission goals.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth student onboarding.
- Handle inquiries professionally through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Telugu is an added advantage).
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for counselling and helping students.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity are preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, admissions, education consultancy, banking, insurance, or sales is an advantage.

Work Schedule
- 5-day work week
- Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days
- Weekly offs: Two weekdays
