Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical/Mechanical.

Skills
Excellent communication skills (Fluent English & Hindi), problem-solving, Inter-Departmental coordination, presentation & negotiation, target-driven, professional business writing, Persuasive spoken language, and B2B Technical Sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Inbound Conversion

Proactively identify and generate new business leads within target manufacturing and industrial engineering sectors.Own and quickly qualify inbound sales enquiries routed from digital marketing, exhibitions, and other channels.Turn warm leads into face-to-face consultative meetings.
- Relationship Management & Follow-ups

Build, nurture, and maintain long-term professional relationships with procurement managers, R&D; heads, and design engineers.Ensure rigorous, timely,



and persistent follow-ups across all stages of the sales cycle to accelerate deal closures.
- Reporting, Documentation & Analytics

Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date daily records of all field visits, calls, and client conversations.Draft accurate Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) after critical client interactions and share them with internal technical/management teams.Compile and present structured weekly/monthly sales reports, tracking activities against performance benchmarks and revenue targets.

Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Proven track record in field sales, business development, or industrial sales (B2B technical sales experience highly preferred).Domain Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of engineering and technical concepts.Prior knowledge or experience in motion control systems, electric motors, or automation is highly preferred.Familiarity or experience with the drone and defence industry is a distinct advantage.Commu
