Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Precast Revit Modeler to develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models for precast concrete structures. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in Revit modelling, precast elements, shop drawings, and coordination with structural and architectural designs. The role requires the ability to interpret engineering drawings and convert design information into accurate fabrication-ready models and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:





• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for precast concrete structures using Autodesk Revit.

• Model precast elements such as walls, columns, beams, slabs, stairs, balconies, panels, and other structural components.

• Prepare and update models based on structural, architectural, and engineering drawings.

• Create and update precast families, assemblies, connections, embeds, openings, lifting systems, and other required components.

• Generate accurate shop drawings, fabrication drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from Revit models.

• Coordinate models with structural, architectural, MEP, and other disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.

• Review drawings and design information to identify discrepancies, missing information, and constructability issues.

• Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards, BIM standards, and relevant codes and specifications.
