As we expand our global footprint, we're looking for a Sales Manager who can drive both export growth and strong domestic account management.
Role Overview
We're seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales function across international and domestic markets. This role combines hands-on business development — identifying recent export opportunities, building a channel partner/distributor network across India, and closing deals in overseas territories — with strong on-ground team leadership.
You'll be responsible for building a high-performing sales team and actively developing future leaders within it, while working closely with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
International & Domestic Sales
- Drive export sales growth by identifying and developing new international markets, distributors, and OEM partnerships
- Manage the complete international sales cycle: inquiry handling, quotations, negotiations, export documentation coordination, and order closure
- Build and maintain relationships with overseas buyers, agents, and distributors; represent the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions
- Develop and expand the Channel Partner/Distributor network across India
