Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven, analytical, and highly organized
Team Leader - MIS
to be a part of our data management and reporting initiatives. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for tracking key business metrics, specializing deeply in
attrition analysis
, workforce trends, and operational data.

The ideal candidate is an advanced spreadsheets wizard (Excel and Google Sheets) who doesn't just manage data but transforms raw numbers into actionable business insights. You will bridge the gap between complex data frameworks and executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

? Data Analytics & Insights
- Deep-Dive Attrition Analysis:
Track, analyze, and report on employee/customer attrition patterns. Identify root causes, highlight critical trends, and build predictive models to help mitigate risk.
- Insight Generation:
Go beyond standard report generation to extract data-driven, strategic insights that help leadership make informed decisions.
- Dashboard Creation:
Design, implement, and maintain scalable,



agile dashboards to monitor day-to-day operations and high-level KPIs.
- Process Optimization:
Streamline existing data collections and reporting processes to minimize turnaround time and manual errors.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with cross-functional leadership (HR, Operations, Finance) to understand their data requirements and deliver structured solutions.

⚙️ Data Governance & Quality
- Ensure absolute data integrity, hygiene, and confidentiality across all internal platforms.
- Standardize reporting templates and maintain definitive data dictionaries for the organization.]

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or MIS Analyst, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity.
- Spreadsheet Mastery:
Expert-level proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and
Google Sheets
(advanced formulas, pivot tables, ArrayFormulas, Query functions, VBA/Macros, and Apps Script).
