Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role based in Kochi. The Senior Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing activities. The role includes preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, supporting cost accounting related to production, and ensuring accurate recording of inventory and export-related transactions.



The Senior Accountant will oversee statutory compliance, coordinate with auditors and tax advisors, and help implement internal controls. The role also involves preparing management reports, supporting financial planning, and collaborating with operations and leadership to provide clear financial insights.

Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial statement preparation.
- Experience with budgeting, cost accounting, and inventory accounting, ideally in manufacturing or export-oriented industries.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with solid Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
- Understanding of tax laws, statutory compliance, and audit processes relevant to corporate finance in India.
