About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales professional to join our team in the West region, specifically in Pune or Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a background in in-home automation, lighting, and room control sales, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with system integrators, architects, and builders. This role involves driving business growth through strategic engagement, lead generation,



and closing sales in both residential and commercial segments. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our presence in the West region by actively identifying new business opportunities, fostering solid industry connections, and promoting our innovative lighting control solutions, including KNX products.

Qualifications
The candidate should possess 3-6 years of relevant experience in in-home automation, lighting, and room control sales. Prior experience in retail sales, builder/architect segments, or system integrator development is essential. Knowledge of KNX products and lighting & room control systems will be advantageous. The candidate must have a thorough understanding of the West region’s market dynamics and territory. Proficiency in CRM portals and sales management tools is required.
