We are looking for an experienced, target-driven Senior Manager – Sales to manage the complete sales cycle from lead follow-up to deal closure for our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and convert sales enquiries generated through marketing, referrals, and walk-ins
- Visit project sites with prospective customers, present property details, and address queries
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close deals effectively
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients throughout the buying journey
- Coordinate with the marketing team on lead quality and follow-up strategy
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, site visits, and deal status in the CRM/sales tracker
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on post-sale documentation and coordinate with the legal/accounts team for closure
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management
