Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager (Microsoft Surface) is a full-time, hybrid role based in Nagpur, with a mix of on-site client visits and limited work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for driving sales of Microsoft Surface devices across the assigned region, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with channel partners, corporate clients, and institutional buyers. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads,



conducting product presentations and demos, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines. The Regional Sales Manager will track sales performance, analyze market trends, coordinate with internal teams for inventory and logistics, and provide feedback on customer requirements and competitive activity. The role also involves planning regional sales campaigns, ensuring accurate reporting in CRM tools, and collaborating with marketing to execute promotions and events that increase brand visibility and revenue.

Qualifications
