About Cosmicport

Cosmicport is an Indo-US deep-tech aerospace startup developing methalox rocket propulsion and launch systems from Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu. Our audience is not the mass market — it is investors, government stakeholders, defence and space primes, engineering talent, and the global spacetech community. We need a marketer who can tell a credible deep-tech story with precision, and who is fluent in the contemporary digital toolchain.

Role Summary

You will own Cosmicport's external narrative and digital presence: brand, content, campaign execution, and marketing analytics. This is a hands-on role for a tech-savvy operator — you will write, design, edit, publish, measure, and iterate yourself, not manage an agency from a distance.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Journalism, or a related field. A degree in Engineering, Design, or a technical discipline is also welcome, given the role's emphasis on translating technical content accurately.



MBA or postgraduate specialization in Marketing/Communications is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

Brand & Content
- Own the company's content calendar across LinkedIn, X, the website, and newsletters — from milestone announcements and test campaign updates to hiring and thought-leadership content.
- Translate complex propulsion and engineering work into accurate, compelling public-facing content, working directly with engineers while respecting confidentiality and export-control boundaries.
- Maintain brand consistency across decks, one-pagers, event collateral, and merchandise.

Company Visibility
- Support PR: press notes, media kits, journalist coordination, and speaker submissions for space/defence conferences and expos.

Digital & Web
- Own the website: content updates, landing pages, SEO hygiene, and basic performance optimization (working knowledge of a CMS such as Webflow/WordPress/Framer required).
