Job Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock updates across all marketplaces.
- Process and manage daily orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Track marketplace performance, sales, and advertising campaigns.
- Handle promotions, discounts, and pricing updates.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies and implement best practices.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Amazon,
Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of online marketing is an added advantage.
