We are looking for a diligent and experienced Quality Control Supervisor with hands-on expertise across all stages of garment production—from fabric cutting to final packing. The ideal candidate will oversee quality control processes, ensure product consistency, and implement robust quality systems to meet buyers’ specifications and international compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise quality operations at all stages: cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing.
- Ensure adherence to buyers’ specifications, measurement standards, and approved samples.
- Conduct in-line and final inspections, identifying defects and initiating corrective actions.
- Develop and implement quality control plans, checklists, and SOPs.
- Monitor production processes to reduce rejection rates and improve overall quality performance.
- Coordinate between production, merchandising, and technical teams to resolve quality concerns promptly.
- Train operators and floor inspectors on quality parameters and manufacturing best practices.
- Maintain complete records of inspection reports, audits,



and non-conformance reports.
- Support pre-production meetings and assist in factory audits by buyers or compliance teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product consistency and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
