AB InBev India is looking to hire
Utilities and Maintenance Lead across multiple locations in India.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead maintenance planning activities, including spare parts management, material availability, budgeting, and shutdown preparation.
2. Drive plant reliability and equipment availability through preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
3. Monitor and analyze plant performance data to identify improvement opportunities and optimize operational efficiency.
4. Manage maintenance, utilities, and R&M; budgets while ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
5. Ensure uninterrupted operation of utilities and process plants, including Boilers, Refrigeration, Air Compressors, Water Systems, DG Sets, HT Yard, CO₂, and ETP.

Execute capital projects from concept to commissioning, including feasibility studies, ROI justification, contractor management, and asset capitalization.
7. Implement Asset Care, equipment calibration, and statutory inspection programs to maximize plant performance and compliance.
8. Maintain a secure and compliant work environment through safety audits, permit-to-work systems, risk mitigation, and adherence to statutory requirements.
9. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, productivity, quality, energy efficiency, and cost reduction.
10. Develop and maintain technical documentation, maintenance records, SOPs, asset registers, and project documentation while fostering team capability and operational excellence.

Requirement

Years of Exp :
12-15 Years of Plant experience in managing utilities and maintenance.

Location :
PAN India

Qualification :
BE/BTech from Top Tier Institute.
