Role Description
The Senior Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Mefron’s customer base in the EMS and OEM markets. This role involves identifying and qualifying recent business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers,



and developing strategic sales plans aligned with company goals. The Senior Business Development Manager will lead client proposals, negotiate contracts and pricing, and collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure feasible solutions and smooth project onboarding. Day-to-day activities include market research, pipeline management, sales forecasting, and preparation of presentations and reports for leadership. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and representing Mefron at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

- Strong business development, sales strategy, and account management skills, with experience in B2B or OEM/EMS environments.
