About the Role

This is a field-first role. You'll spend most of your time travelling across coffee-growing regions, visiting plantations, producer groups,



and curing works to identify exceptional coffees and build lasting sourcing relationships.

Beyond procurement, you'll work closely with farmers to improve processing techniques, consistency, and quality, helping create coffees that command premium prices in global specialty markets.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoffee Sourcing & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with planters, estates, producer groups, and curing works.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure high-potential specialty and commercial coffee lots.
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure reliable procurement.
- Develop new sourcing opportunities through regular field visits and industry networking.

Specialty Coffee Development
- Advise and guide farmers on best practices for specialty coffee processing — including selective cherry picking, natural, honey/pulped natural, washed, anaerobic fermentation, carbonic maceration, and other innovative methods.
