What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop logic for alarm handling and alarm correlation.
- Develop custom adapters to collect network fault/performance data using SNMP/ Syslog / Telemetry.
- Build scripts/adapters using Python/Shell scripting.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and possess good problem-solving skills.
- Deliver solutions using Agile methodologies.
- Ability to do deep dive on technical areas and get the best outcome out of technically challenging situations.
- Deliver quality software releases on time.
- Follow robust engineering practices.
- Ability to debug complex issues.
- Ability to work on Java, Kubernetes, Grafana DB systems like mySQL,
Oracle, Graph DBs etc, as well as on Python scripting.
- Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve issues.
