Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Manager role based in Faridabad. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee quality control processes across production lines, including planning and conducting inspections, audits, and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods. The role includes developing, implementing, and updating quality standards, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry regulations. The Quality Assurance Manager will collaborate closely with production,



engineering, and procurement teams to investigate nonconformities, implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining quality records, preparing reports and metrics for leadership, training staff on quality practices, and supporting customer and regulatory audits.

Qualifications
- Strong background in quality management, including experience with quality control, quality assurance systems, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., ISO standards, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Relevant technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in machinery, metal components, wire forming, or springs, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
