Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition
- Identify companies that may require recruitment, staffing and HR outsourcing.
- Research and connect with founders, business owners, HR managers, talent acquisition teams, and other decision-makers.
- Generate business leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, job portals, business directories, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
- Introduce the consultancy’s services to prospective clients in a clear and qualified manner.
- Understand the client’s hiring needs, business requirements, timelines, and commercial expectations.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Prepare and share company profiles, service proposals, rate cards, and agreements.
- Follow up with prospective clients and support the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Recruitment and Hiring
- Understand job descriptions, candidate requirements, salary budgets, locations,



and hiring timelines provided by clients.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidate profiles based on the client’s requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
- Brief candidates about the role, company, interview process, and expectations.
- Follow up with candidates and clients after each interview round.
- Collect interview feedback and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Support salary discussions, offer coordination, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline for ongoing and upcoming requirements.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
- Support replacement hiring where required under the agreed service terms.
