Role Description
The Front Office Associate is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring a smooth and efficient front desk experience. This full-time, on-site position in Maharashtra, India involves handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs. The role includes answering phone calls, providing accurate information about hotel services,



and resolving guest issues in a professional and courteous manner. The Front Office Associate will maintain front desk records, process payments, and follow standard operating procedures to uphold service quality. This position requires a solid customer service mindset and the ability to create a friendly, well-organized reception environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Check-in experience.
- Candidates should possess front desk operational skills, including Receptionist Duties and basic reservation handling.
- Candidates should possess professional communication skills, including clear verbal Communication and proper Phone Etiquette.
