Role Description
The Client Partnership Success Manager – Influencer Marketing is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end client relationships, ensuring that brands achieve their influencer marketing objectives through KOLPlanet’s platform and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new clients,



understanding campaign goals, recommending suitable creators, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-performing influencer campaigns. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance using platform analytics, preparing clear reports and insights, and driving data-backed optimizations to enhance client satisfaction and retention. The Client Partnership Success Manager will proactively identify growth opportunities, manage expectations, address concerns, and act as a strategic partner to help clients maximize ROI from their influencer marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
- Robust relationship building and customer service skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients.
