Role Description
The Jewelry Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. This role involves managing jewelry inventory,



monitoring stock levels, and ensuring accurate product display and labeling across gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone collections. The Jewelry Manager will lead and coach the sales team, set sales targets, track performance, and support team members in achieving revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Daily tasks include assisting clients with product selection, providing detailed product information, handling customer queries and concerns, and ensuring store standards for security, cleanliness, and visual merchandising are consistently met. The role also includes coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, preparing sales and performance reports, and contributing to promotional activities and strategic store initiatives.
