We are expanding our presence in India and are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth in the region.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth across corporate, government, data center, OEM, system integrator, and channel partner segments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ITAD, electronics recycling, e-waste management, IT hardware lifecycle services, or enterprise technology sales.





Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close recent business opportunities across India.

• Build relationships with enterprise customers, multinational corporations, government organizations, OEMs, financial institutions, and IT service providers.

• Promote IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), electronics recycling, secure data destruction, asset recovery, and refurbishment services.

• Develop strategic partnerships with channel partners, system integrators, and facility management companies.

• Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, commercial quotations, and negotiate contracts.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments relating to e-waste and sustainability.
