Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic BTL Marketing Manager who can plan and execute Below-The-Line marketing activities to strengthen our market presence. The role involves managing exhibitions, dealer and distributor meets, sales support activities, and coordination of marketing materials to enhance brand visibility and dealer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

• Organize and manage exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.

• Plan and execute dealer meets, distributor meets, and channel partner engagement programs.

• Coordinate with the sales team for on-ground marketing support activities.

• Manage print marketing materials including brochures, standees, banners, posters, and other branding assets.

• Coordinate with vendors, printers,



and event agencies for marketing activities.

• Ensure strong brand visibility during events, exhibitions, and market activities.

• Track the performance and effectiveness of marketing activities.

• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.

• Support the sales team in lead generation through on-ground marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–7 years of experience in BTL marketing, events, or field marketing.

• Experience managing exhibitions, dealer meets, distributor meets, and marketing events.

• Strong vendor management and coordination skills.

• Good understanding of print marketing materials and branding execution.

• Strong communication and project management skills.

Preferred

• Experience in battery, EV, automobile, or mobility industry will be an added advantage.
