Role Description
The Co-Founder role at Bye Organics is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role involves driving overall business strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations, and collaborating on product development and innovation in home protection solutions. The Co-Founder will lead sales and marketing initiatives, manage key partnerships and distribution channels,



and help build brand positioning across online and offline markets. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and making data-informed decisions to scale the business. The role also requires close coordination with internal teams, contribution to fundraising and investor relations, and fostering a culture of customer focus and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market data, financial metrics, and operational performance.
