Role Description

The Travel Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Virar. The Travel Consultant will support clients in planning and booking complete travel itineraries, including tours, hotels, flights, and rail tickets. This role involves advising travelers on destinations, activities, and budgets, and creating tailored travel plans that align with their preferences and requirements. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries, preparing quotations, confirming reservations, managing changes or cancellations,



and ensuring all documentation and payments are accurate. The Travel Consultant will also collaborate with suppliers, maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products and promotions, and deliver professional, courteous service throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in travel consulting, including advising clients on destinations, itineraries, and travel experiences.
- Experience with travel management, such as coordinating end-to-end trips and handling logistics and schedules.
- Solid skills in travel arrangements, including booking tours, hotels, flights, and railway tickets.
- Demonstrated customer service capabilities, with a focus on responsive communication and client satisfaction.
- Hands-on experience with reservations, ticketing systems, and vendor coordination.
