Renew Plus Hair and Skin Care Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple clinic locations. The candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, increasing appointment bookings, improving walk-ins and reducing the cost per acquisition through Google Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max campaigns. This is a performance-driven role. The candidate will be evaluated based on lead quality, appointment conversion, walk-ins, revenue generated and return on advertising spend—not only impressions and clicks. Key Responsibilities - Plan, create, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns for hair transplant, hair care, skin care and aesthetic treatments. - Manage Google Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing and Performance Max campaigns. - Conduct keyword research based on treatment, location and patient search intent. - Create branch-specific campaigns for multiple clinic locations. - Write high-converting ad copies and coordinate with the creative team for ad assets.



- Set up and monitor conversion tracking through Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. - Track phone calls, lead forms, WhatsApp enquiries, appointments and walk-ins. - Optimise campaigns based on CPL, cost per appointment, cost per walk-in, conversion rate and ROAS. - Create negative keyword lists and regularly improve search-term quality. - Analyse competitor advertisements, keywords, landing pages and offers. - Work with the website and design teams to improve landing-page conversion rates. - Manage remarketing audiences for website visitors and previous leads. - Monitor daily campaign spending and prevent budget wastage. - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports. - Coordinate with the call centre, CRM and branch teams to verify lead quality and conversion. - Recommend budget allocation based on branch performance and revenue potential. - Stay updated on Google Ads policies, hea
