The role

Build and run the top of our sales funnel. You find the right brands, earn the founder's attention, qualify them, and book warm meetings for our senior team. The senior team closes — you set it up. This is a research-and-relationships role, not a spam-blasting one.

What you'll do

Before contact: Pick winnable categories, pull the top brands and their gaps, find each founder's contact, and qualify against our fit filter before reaching out. Build one sharp, true hook per brand.

At contact: 40–50 personalized outreach touches a week across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls. Every message opens with something specific to that brand — no spam blasts.

After contact: Follow up relentlessly and add value each touch. Qualify hard, confirm the decision-maker, book the meeting, and hand the team a one-page brief. Keep the CRM clean.

After the close: Prepare a handoff sheet and introduce the delivery team — a clean transfer, nothing dropped.





Ongoing: Report weekly numbers and keep the funnel full.

Who we want

Fresh graduates to seasoned SDRs — all experience levels welcome. We're building a team and will place you by your strength.

Clean written English and confident on calls. Hindi and another Indian language a plus.

Solid research instinct and follow-up discipline.

Rejection-proof and self-driven — you measure yourself on meetings booked.

Comfortable with basic e-commerce numbers (GMV, ROAS, ad spend), or eager to learn them fast.

Nice to have: Amazon or D2C exposure, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM / outreach tools.

Not required: closing skills or Amazon expertise — we train you.

Compensation

Base: ₹20,000 to ₹1,00,000+ per month, based on experience.

Incentive: paid per qualified meeting (booked and held with a real decision-maker).

Remote-first, work from home, open to candidates across India.
