10+ years of experience in software development with solid focus on hands-on development

· Strong proficiency in Java (Java 21+) with frameworks such as Spring Boot / Quarkus

· At least 2 years of relevant experience with functional programming, reactive architecture and non-blocking I/O

· Experience building microservices architectures and distributed systems

· Hands-on experience with REST APIs, gRPC, event-driven systems, and messaging (Kafka / MQ)

· Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)

· Strong understanding of CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices

· Good exposure to database technologies (PostgreSQL / NoSQL)

· Understanding of security best practices in backend systems (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS)





· Experience with observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing)

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

It would be great if you also had…

· Experience working in
blockchain / distributed ledger platforms (e.g., Canton)

· Exposure to
API management platforms
(e.g., Apigee)

· Familiarity with
resilience patterns
