Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Masonry role located in Patna. The Masonry professional will construct, repair, and maintain structures using bricks, blocks, stones, and cement-based materials for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and mixing materials, laying bricks and stones, aligning and leveling surfaces, and finishing joints to specified standards. The role also involves reading basic drawings, following site instructions, assisting with renovation work, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.



The candidate will collaborate with site supervisors, other trades, and clients to ensure timely completion of quality work.

Qualifications
- Strong practical skills in masonry and general brickwork.
- Experience working with cement, including mixing, pouring, and finishing.
- Ability to perform stonework, including cutting, shaping, and setting stones.
- Exposure to renovation projects, including repair, restoration, and retrofit work.
- Knowledge of basic construction safety practices and willingness to follow safety guidelines.
- Ability to read simple construction drawings or instructions and measure accurately.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and working outdoors for extended periods.
- Prior experience in masonry or construction; vocational training or apprenticeship is an advantage.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with diverse teams on-site.
