Job Summary

Nature Bloom Resort is looking for a polite, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Server to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering excellent guest service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages in a qualified and timely manner.
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and resort service standards.
- Assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events as required.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant,



or café (Freshers are welcome).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of customer service and table etiquette.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.
