We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and result-driven City Head to establish and lead our Bhopal operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strategic partnerships with developers, leading high-performing teams and ensuring operational excellence while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end business operations for the Bhopal branch.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor and manage Sales Managers, Relationship Managers and other sales team members.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with developers, builders and channel partners.
- Ensure efficient lead management, follow-ups and conversions through CRM.
- Monitor team performance, sales MIS, operational KPIs and productivity metrics.
- Build and nurture relationships with HNI, NRI and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and formulate strategies to expand market presence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies,



processes and operational standards.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, and Operations teams to drive business growth and brand visibility.
- Prepare regular business reports and present performance updates to senior management.

Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales with at least 2–3 years in a team leadership role.
- Prior experience in a Real Estate Consultancy or Channel Partner firm is mandatory.
- Strong network within the real estate industry and developer community.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
- Graduate required; MBA preferred.
