We are looking for a Co-Founder / Operations Partner who wants to build a company from the ground up.
This is not a regular job. We are looking for someone who is excited about startups, enjoys building systems, leading teams, solving operational challenges and contributing to business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations and client delivery
- Build SOPs and internal processes
- Manage and mentor the operations team
- Improve client satisfaction and retention
- Assist in business development and strategic growth
- Work closely with the founder to scale the company
Ideal Candidate
- 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, operations or marketplace management
- Leadership mindset
- Strong execution skills
- Comfortable working in a startup workplace
- Interested in building a long-term business, not just taking a job
