We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage existing customer accounts, maintain strong customer relationships, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure smooth sales operations. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be confident in handling customer interactions over phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage approximately 60–65 existing customer accounts of the assigned plant.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Make regular customer calls for order follow-up, payment collection, and customer support.
- Follow up for outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Attend customer calls and respond to queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and other internal departments.
- Ensure customer issues are addressed promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, collections, complaints, and follow-up activities.
- Share regular updates with management regarding customer feedback, collections, and pending issues.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain the company's professional image.
