About the Opportunity

Our client is one of India's leading high-growth consumer technology companies, serving millions of users through its digital platform. As they continue to scale, they are looking to hire a
Monetization Lead
to identify, build, and scale new revenue streams beyond the core business.

This is a highly strategic role focused on incubating new business lines, forging ecosystem partnerships, and driving innovative monetization initiatives across the e-commerce and digital commerce landscape. The role will work closely with the leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders to build sustainable, high-impact revenue engines.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's monetization strategy for recent business initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate new revenue opportunities across e-commerce, commerce enablement, fintech, advertising, logistics, and adjacent digital ecosystems.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with brands, marketplaces, fintechs, logistics providers, technology companies, media platforms, and other ecosystem players.




- Develop innovative commercial models including platform partnerships, embedded services, advertising, affiliate commerce, subscriptions, data monetization, and B2B offerings.
- Lead commercial negotiations, partnership structuring, and execution of strategic alliances.
- Build business cases, financial models, and go-to-market strategies for new initiatives.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to launch and scale new monetization products and services.
- Track business performance, define success metrics, and continuously optimize revenue and profitability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving consumer behaviour to identify future growth opportunities.
