Role Description
The Workday Core Human Capital Management Consultant role is a full-time remote position responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday HCM modules for client organizations. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing HR and business requirements, designing scalable HCM solutions, and configuring core Workday components such as organization structures, security, business processes, compensation, and staffing. The consultant will manage system integrations and data loads, perform testing and validation, and support go-live activities, including user training and documentation. Ongoing responsibilities include resolving production issues, providing guidance on Workday best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes are productive and compliant. The role also involves contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting upgrades and new feature adoption, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Workday Core HCM Consultant

6–10 years of overall experience
and a
valid Workday Core HCM Certification
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation and production support experience in Workday HCM and be capable of working directly with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Workday Core HCM business processes.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Configure organizations, staffing models, supervisory organizations, positions, and job profiles.
- Support Workday security, business process configuration, calculated fields, and custom reports.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and production issue resolution.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders across global regions.
