About the Role
Anandam Valley is looking for a energetic, professional, and experienced Site Manager / Estate Manager to oversee our prestigious real estate development in Barsana, Mathura. The ideal candidate should have strong real estate experience, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the complete site operations.
- Welcome and assist channel partners, brokers, and prospective clients visiting the project.
- Coordinate site visits and ensure a premium customer experience.
- Maintain the project office and ensure smooth daily administration.
- Coordinate with construction, sales, and management teams.
- Prepare daily site reports and maintain visitor records.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and operational efficiency of the site.
- Act as the single point of contact at the project location.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with a reputed real estate developer.
- Prior experience in site administration, estate management, or project management is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the Mathura–Vrindavan–Barsana region and surrounding areas.
- Ability to handle channel partners, investors, and HNI clients professionally.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Accommodation: Company-provided at the project site
- Weekly Off: Tuesday
