Role Description
The Slot Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Pedakakani. This role is responsible for overseeing daily visa slot monitoring operations, ensuring accurate and timely booking of appointments across multiple US visa categories. The Slot Manager coordinates a team that tracks portal updates, analyzes slot availability patterns, and responds quickly to new openings.



Day-to-day activities include supervising staff, managing schedules, handling escalated customer inquiries, and ensuring service standards are consistently met. The Slot Manager also supports resource planning, collaborates on process improvements, and provides training and guidance to team members to enhance performance and efficiency.
