Role Description: The Junior Advocate will support senior counsel in legal research, drafting, and case preparation on a contract basis. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting case law and statutory research, drafting pleadings, notices, and contracts, and assisting with reviewing documents and organizing case files. The role involves attending client meetings and court hearings as required, preparing brief notes, and maintaining accurate records of proceedings and deadlines. This is a hybrid role based in Hyderabad,



allowing a mix of on-site work at the office or court and some work-from-home flexibility, depending on case requirements and supervision needs.

Qualifications

• Law degree (LL.B or equivalent) from a recognized institution and enrollment, or

eligibility for enrollment, with a State Bar Council.

• Robust legal research and analytical skills, including familiarity with online legal

databases and statutory interpretation.

• Proficiency in drafting legal documents such as petitions, notices, contracts, and

correspondence with attention to detail and clarity.

• Effective communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with

clients, colleagues, and court staff, and to prepare concise reports.

• Sound understanding of civil and/or criminal procedure, evidence, and basic contract

and corporate law; willingness to learn new practice areas.
