STC INDIA conducts factory audits and assists with preparing for key compliance standards, including ISO, OHSAS, and SA8000. The team also offers furniture inspections and supports the implementation of quality management systems (QMS) to improve operational efficiency and product reliability.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical Process Drawing / CAD Engineer role based in Gurgaon. The engineer will develop detailed mechanical and process drawings for furniture manufacturing, using CAD tools to design components, assemblies, and layouts that align with engineering and production requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating technical drawings, collaborating with engineering and production teams,



and translating design concepts into manufacturable specifications. The role involves reviewing and optimizing process flows, supporting factory setup and equipment layouts, and ensuring drawings comply with industry standards and internal quality guidelines. The engineer will also assist in documentation for audits and compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in mechanical design and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for creating detailed 2D and 3D furniture component and process drawings.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production layouts, and factory workflows in the furniture or related industries.
