About Taivas Debate Club

Taivas Debate Club is a DPIIT Startup India and MSME-recognised edtech company that trains students in Grades 5 to 12 in debate, public speaking, and Model United Nations (MUN). We run three kinds of programs: online coaching batches, school partnerships under MOU, and in-person bootcamps. Our goal is simple: help students think critically, argue well, and speak with confidence, whether that's in a classroom, a competition, or an MUN committee room.

About the Role

We're looking for a Business Development Intern to help grow our K12 school partnerships. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Gurugram office. You'll be part of the team that identifies schools, builds relationships with decision-makers, and turns those conversations into signed partnerships that bring Taivas programs into classrooms.

What You'll Do
- Research and build a target list of K12 schools across your assigned region
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails,



and in-person outreach
- Pitch Taivas's debate, public speaking, and MUN programs to principals, coordinators, and school administrators
- Follow up consistently to move schools from first contact to signed partnership
- Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and partnership reports
- Keep CRM and tracking sheets accurate and up to date
- Coordinate with our training and operations teams once a partnership is signed, so onboarding runs smoothly
- Collect feedback from partner schools and flag ideas for improving how we work with them
- Represent Taivas at school events, education fairs, and partner meetings

What We're Looking For
- Robust communication skills. You'll be speaking with school principals and staff regularly, so clarity and professionalism matter
- A proactive, goal-oriented approach. You go after leads, you don't wait for them
- Interest in business development, sales, or partnersh
