- This role further enables our focus by engaging directly with our ongoing information security deliveries as part of the Cyber Excellence Program.
- This leader will engage across a number of critical workstreams including vulnerability/penetration testing, identity and access management, as well as technology debt.
- They will ensure strategies supporting the technology support of the firm continue to mature and are fully embedded. They will work across teams to analyze technical capabilities and implement secure solutions against the same.

Additionally, this leader will help manage day to day operations for a number of critical technical deliveries supporting Barclays security.



This will include meticulous tracking and remediation of technology issues, improvement plans, and risks. They will work across the organization to improve customer outcomes through system availability and security.

Several key skills this individual will bring to the table:
- High energy self-starter – this person will bring a relentless energy to the work and inspire teams to achieve more. They will drive an agenda and not wait for one to be created for them.
- Information Security Experience – This person will have an understanding of information security practice and may have spent time in a leadership or delivery role supporting one or more information security disciplines.
- Technology Development or Support Experience – This person will have a robust understanding of technology operations including Incident, Problem, and Change discipline having spent time in either a technology delivery role or a technology operations role.
