Educational Qualification
• BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• MBA (Marketing/Operations) preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Pan India Sales & Marketing function.
• Drive business growth and key account management.
• Develop strategic customer relationships.
• Work closely with Product Management, Operations, Design, Service, QA and Sales teams.
• Build high-performing teams and mentor future leaders.
• Drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Travel extensively across India.
Ideal Candidate
• Proven leadership experience in Pharma Tooling or Pharmaceutical Machinery.
• Robust Business Development and Sales Management background.
• Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
